โš ๏ธ No Refunds Once a Project Has Started

Refunds are not applicable once a project has commenced. By submitting a project request and confirming your engagement, you agree to this no-refund policy.

1. Overview

HUMANSIGNAL provides custom digital services including web development, mobile application development, AI solutions, remote support, SEO, and business process optimization. Due to the nature of these bespoke services โ€” where significant time, expertise, and resources are committed from the commencement of a project โ€” our refund policy is strictly defined as outlined below.

2. No Refund Once Project Has Started

Once a project has formally commenced โ€” defined as the point at which HUMANSIGNAL begins any discoverable work including (but not limited to) planning, design, coding, configuration, or consultation specifically for your project โ€” no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

3. Pre-Commencement Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your request before any work has begun, please contact us immediately at devs@humansignal.life or call +230 5 550 3804. Pre-commencement cancellations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and any eligible refund will be processed within 14 business days.

To be considered for a pre-commencement refund, you must notify us in writing before we have confirmed the start of your project.

4. Remote Support Sessions

For remote support sessions, payment is due prior to or at the time of the session. Once a session has been initiated (i.e., remote connection established), no refund is applicable. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice prior to the confirmed session time.

5. Disputes

If you believe there has been an error in billing or a misunderstanding regarding the scope of services, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction at devs@humansignal.life. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and professionally.

Please note that dissatisfaction with the final deliverable โ€” where the project has been executed in accordance with the agreed scope โ€” does not constitute grounds for a refund. Revision requests within the agreed scope will be addressed as part of the project delivery process.
