All services are delivered as agreed in the project scope confirmed between HUMANSIGNAL and the client prior to commencement.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
HUMANSIGNAL targets delivery of standard web development projects within 1โ2 weeks, including full migration where applicable. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity, client feedback turnaround, and content availability.
Timely delivery depends on the client providing necessary assets, approvals, and information promptly. Delays caused by the client will not be attributed to HUMANSIGNAL.
Payment terms will be agreed upon project confirmation. HUMANSIGNAL reserves the right to suspend or withhold delivery of work until payment obligations are met. All prices quoted are in the agreed currency and are subject to change for future projects.
Refunds are not applicable once a project has commenced. For full details, please refer to our Refund Policy.
Upon full payment, the client owns the final deliverables produced exclusively for their project. HUMANSIGNAL retains the right to use general methodologies, frameworks, and non-client-specific code developed during the project. HUMANSIGNAL may reference completed projects in its portfolio unless the client explicitly requests confidentiality in writing.
All website content, design, code, and materials on the HUMANSIGNAL website (humansignal.life) remain the intellectual property of HUMANSIGNAL and may not be reproduced without written permission.
The client agrees to:
HUMANSIGNAL's total liability for any claim arising from the provision of services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project in question. HUMANSIGNAL is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the project. This obligation survives termination of the service agreement.
Some projects may involve third-party platforms, APIs, or tools. HUMANSIGNAL is not responsible for changes, outages, or policy modifications made by third-party providers that affect the delivery or functionality of a project.
All remote support sessions are conducted via mutually agreed tools (e.g., AnyDesk, TeamViewer). The client grants HUMANSIGNAL temporary access to their system strictly for the purpose of completing the agreed task. HUMANSIGNAL will not access, copy, or transmit any data beyond what is necessary for the task.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Mauritius. Any disputes arising from these terms or the services provided shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mauritius.
HUMANSIGNAL reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
